Your source for all things vegetarian. This site has articles and videos related to a vegetarian diet and life style. Veg Source runs an annual Healthy Lifestyle Expo which features presentations by many of the doctors listed below. You can preview and purchase Get Healthy Now DVD sets for each of these expos. I highly recommend you buy one of these sets to get a broad introduction to the benefits of eating a plant based diet as well as the pitfalls of consuming a diet that contains animal products. Center for Science in the Public Interest

The Center for Science in the Public Interest is an independent non-profit organization that publishes the Nutrition Action Newsletter that focuses on the relationship between diet, nutritional supplements, and health. A typical issue has a main article, research summaries, and comparisons of healthy vs unhealthy brands of some featured food. The back page has a "right stuff" column which describes a healthy food choice from a company or restaurant chain and a "food porn" column that describes an unhealthy food from a similiar source.
